OFFROAD ADVENTURE - TOURING SERVICES & PRICES

TOURING

1. SHORT TRIP: half-day outings, 4-6 hours, to any destination except Borsa, which is a 220km return-trip and can’t be covered in half a day.

2. FULL TRIP: full-day tours, 8-10 hours, to any destination: Borsa, the surroundings of Sighetu-Marmatiei, Sapanta and so on.

3. EXTRA TRIP: two-day trip; this is the most recommended variant, because you can discover every fairytale landscape of northern Maramures.

Day 1 : Full Offroad Tour (FOT), including :

1. Soft-offroad tour through the mountains and woods of Sapanta, by  forestry roads
2. Soft-offroad tour of Izvoare mountain resort
3. A visit to the Mara river dam, where the construction is still in progress (and will still be, for some years), so you can see it in all its splendour

Day 2 : Borsa Tour (BT), including :

1. Cascada Cailor (Horses’ Waterfall) - about 100m in height
2. Pietrosul Rodnei peak (2303m) - both near Borsa. This is a mixed trip, partly by car (off and on-road), partly by foot
   

PRICES

1. SHORT TRIP: 50 eur / person; no meals included.

2. FULL TRIP:   100 eur / person.
The price includes one warm meal (lunch), served at Izvoare resort or at other restaurants which offer fresh trout, fished in front of you, among other meals.

3. EXTRA TRIP: 150 eur / person.
The price includes two warm meals (lunch), one served at Izvoare resort and the other one at Borsa resort, at restaurants which offer fresh trout, among other appealing and natural meals.

VEHICLES

The vehicles used are Land Rover Defender, kept in the best conditions.
